TXED US Ads Automation

TXED US Ads Automation is a local reporting tool for authorized operators of the TXED US store at www.txedebikes.com. It reads Google Ads account information and aggregate campaign, conversion and landing-page performance to support store operations.

This tool is intended for authorized TXED US operators. It is not a customer shopping app. The current reporting integration does not change campaigns, bids, budgets or conversion settings.

Application privacy notice

Effective date: October 16, 2026.

Data accessed. The tool uses Google sign-in information to verify the authorized operator's email address. With permission, it accesses Google Ads account information and aggregate advertising reports, including campaign performance, conversion statistics and landing-page performance. The current reports do not request shoppers' names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses or payment details.

Purpose and permissions. Data is used to check the connection, generate reports and help authorized operators analyze US store advertising. Google's standard Ads authorization scope includes management capabilities. The current local reporting connection restricts requests to reads for the designated TXED US Ads account.

Storage and access. The refresh credential is stored in Windows Credential Manager on the authorized operator's computer. OAuth client configuration is stored in a private local application directory. Credentials are not included in shared reports. Reports may be retained in the operator's local workspace and shared with authorized TXED US collaborators.

Service providers. Google processes sign-in and API requests. When an operator requests analysis through Codex, selected aggregate report output may be processed by OpenAI under the operator's applicable account and data settings. The tool does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising to users. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and control. Local credentials and reports remain until the authorized operator removes them, subject to credential expiry or revocation. Operators can revoke the application's Google access in Google Account connections. Revocation prevents subsequent authorized access but does not delete previously saved reports. Contact the support address below to request removal of locally retained application data. Service providers apply their own applicable retention settings.

Application terms

Use is limited to authorized TXED US operators and accounts they are permitted to access. Users must protect credentials and use the tool in accordance with applicable Google API terms and policies.

Reports reflect the data returned by Google Ads for the selected reporting window. Advertising attribution can differ from store orders and is not a guarantee of sales or business performance. Operators should check the underlying data before making business decisions.

The current integration provides reporting access. Any future change that expands data use or enables account changes requires a separate review of permissions and operational authorization. Access can be revoked through the Google Account connections page.
