How to find replacement parts for an ebike
Something not working, or need a spare? Start with our support team. We’ll help identify the problem, check warranty coverage and match the part to your bike before you buy.
Email service@txedbikes.com with your bike model or order number. Describe the problem and include a photo or video. You don’t need to work out the technical specifications first. If we need a label or connector photo, we’ll tell you what to look for.
Not sure how to describe the issue? Say which part is affected, what you notice and whether you are asking for help with a fault or looking for a spare.
You can start with a short message such as: “My bike model is __. The problem is __. My order number is __.”
Add a photo or video that shows the issue. TXED will ask for any further information needed to check the part.
TXED will help confirm the correct part for your bike. Before you pay, we will explain the order total and any installation arrangements. If the issue may fall under warranty, ask TXED to check coverage before placing a paid order.
From the problem to the right replacement
- Tell us what’s happening. We’ll help troubleshoot first, so you can find out whether a replacement is needed.
- Check coverage and fit. We’ll check whether the issue is covered by your warranty and identify the matching part. You don’t need to place a paid replacement order to start a warranty request.
- Confirm the cost before ordering. For a paid replacement, confirm the part, quantity, stock, shipping, tax, dispatch timing and purchase steps with TXED. Share your delivery ZIP code so the quote reflects your destination.
- Get help with installation. Ask for the fitting instructions for your part. If a repair needs a technician, contact TXED before booking work or expecting reimbursement.
Who pays for the part and repair?
- A covered warranty issue: TXED covers the approved repair or replacement component. You pay replacement-part shipping and any labor that TXED has not approved for reimbursement. Arrival damage reported within 48 hours and items sent incorrectly by TXED are handled at no extra cost. See warranty coverage and repair costs.
- A spare, wear item or repair outside warranty coverage: you pay the agreed part price, applicable tax and installation charges. TXED covers standard shipping for purchased parts to the lower 48 states. Confirm the total before you order or authorize work.

A few checks before fitting a part
Use the charger supplied with your bike or a replacement confirmed by TXED. A replacement bike charger still needs TXED’s fit check, even if its voltage matches and the connector shape looks the same. Contact us before swapping batteries between models or changing to a different electrical setup.
Keep battery and electrical enclosures closed while troubleshooting. For brake, steering or other safety-related repairs, follow the fitting instructions and use a qualified technician if needed.
